Trick or Treat in Wynnum for Halloween
While the big Halloween celebrations will be happening at the Halloween Street Party on Saturday 28th October in Manly, there will be an event in downtown Wynnum on the actual day itself – Tuesday 31st October, in the afternoon and evening – ‘Trick or Treat in the Street’.
The event will involve a number of retailers, including Wynnum Business Member Crystal Rose Gallery in Edith Street (we’ll have a fuller list of participating retailers for you soon).
As well as an opportunity for the kids to go trick or treating, there will be competitions, raffles and a ‘zombie auction’!
There will also be Halloween ‘tombstones’ in the street (pictured) featuring puns submitted by people on the Bayside Business Facebook page (https://www.facebook.com/BaysideBusiness/).
So, if you’re heading to the big Halloween party in Manly that weekend, maybe hang on to your costume for the Wynnum trick or treat event on Halloween itself!
