A station beautification

Local group Wynnum Commerce Inc has recently been working with Joan Pease MP, Queensland Rail and Darling Point Special School to bring a bit of beauty to Wynnum Central station.

Hot on the heels of the addition of the new mural on the wall opposite the platforms, four new garden beds have now been installed on the platforms, which have been planted out by students at Darling Point Special School who are studying agrifood and horticulture.

The project was funded by a grant from the Port of Brisbane.
