Check out the new online store

If you have an eagle eye you may have noticed a few small changes to the WynnumCentral website. The first of these is the addition of an online store to the site.

We are forever being asked by Wynnumites and local traders for more of the bumper stickers featuring the Wynnum – Brisbane’s Seaside colourband, so we thought we’d go one step further and stick the colourful new logo on a whole range of items (47 to be precise). So now in the online store you can order any number of different types of t-shirts, in a range of different colours, featuring the new Wynnum colourband. Or if you prefer, hats, bags, drinkmats, a t-shirt for your dog (we kid you not) and – of course – a Wynnum hoodie!

For every item sold on the site a small contribution goes to help revitalise Wynnum via the WynnumCentral scheme and the Wynnum & Districts Chamber of Commerce. So in the run up to Christmas, why don’t you give a couple of Wynnum themed presents? (your Editor has already sent his sister in the UK a Wynnum mug. Wonder what she’ll make of it!)

Check out the store and tell us what you think!

  1. a hoodie with a bar code so they can be identified by security cameras? that thief came from Wynnum!

  2. I have been trying to find out how I can be part of the Wynnum Central market each month. I live at Wynnum West and have a home based business. The market last month was fantastic and I met so many interesting business operators through it.

By the way I am disgusted that there councillors in Capalaba that want to absorb Wynnum & Manly into its district. Say no to that! Keep Wynnum Central. Its special and a wonderful area to live – we specifically moved from Adelaide to this area because we love it so much. Its offensive to think that they think they can just absorb the Council areas into that area. Hoping to hear from you soon re: the market next month – Trish Spencer
