The article looks at ‘office centre of the future’, and the benefits of collaborations that take place within them, as also pointed out by local author Matt Dunstan in his book The Coworking Revolution.
As the Federal Government, Brisbane City Council and Queensland State Government* all focus on innovation and encouraging startup tech businesses, suitable workspaces are in vogue, with Brisbane City Council launching a space in the Brisbane CBD in conjunction with coworking/incubator operators Little Tokyo Two and Fishburners.

*The Queensland Government has recently announced its ‘Entrepreneurs of Tomorrow’ program to encourage schools to devise their own programs to develop “students’ coding and robotic skills and encourage them into entrepreneurship”. One hundred schools in Queensland will each receive $16,600 to implement the program.
