Wynnum Up Late – revived and on this Thursday
Do you remember Wynnum Up Late? Well, it’s back again and is scheduled for this Thursday evening coming – Thursday 23rd July 6pm-9pm. Taking part will be brand new homewares/botanicals outlet Cultivate Design Co (Florence Street), Zillpa (Bay Terrace), WynnumCentral members Cedar & Pine and The Collective Store (both Bay Terrace) and Little Gnome (Florence Street). We’re guessing as they are all clustered around the Bay Terrace/Florence Street area that’s where it’ll all be happening! Plus Cedar & Pine afterwards.
The evening promises ‘late night shopping drinks nibbles and special deals’. Be there or be square.

By the way we found an old postcard promoting Wynnum Up Late back in 2011 (pictured). Unfortunately, of the seventeen Wynnum businesses that supported it back then, five are no longer around, but as we described in our recent article, Florence Street (and Wynnum Central as a whole) is in the midst of a revival, with a number of new outlets opening just in the past few months – great news!
We hope that for the next Wynnum Up Late more Wynnum Central businesses will join in the fun!
Just wondering where the advertising is for this event? I work in Edith st and live in Wynnum and this is the first I’ve heard of it. I have attended all the previous nights and am glad there are back.
