Wynnum a good spot to buy property, according to latest reports

Plus local agents Sash & Gable produce their first Wynnum Area Property Report

Anybody who already lives in Wynnum knows this is true, but the value of our local area has recently been recognised by the Smart Property Investment website. In an article ‘Property experts reveal where to invest in 2021’*, Your Property Your Wealth director Daniel Walsh tipped South East Queensland for growth, particularly ‘between the Wynnum/Manly area down to the Redland region’.

In addition an article on the same site (‘Top 20 school zones for growth’**) highlighted the sizeable increase in house values in specific school catchment zones, with the catchment around Wynnum West State School making the top 5 in Queensland, joined also by (relatively) nearby Cannon Hill State School.
