Illuminations Festival volunteer callout – your chance to be a part of it (however small!)
The organisers of the Illuminations Festival being held next month (see our countdown clock on the right) have put out a call for volunteers to help make sure the day runs smoothly.
With around 15,000 people attending last year, it could well be a bigger crowd this year and the organisers are preparing for this. There will be a lantern parade as in previous years, and a range of entertainment and fun will be laid on for the kids and the grown ups (details will be announce shortly) for the day.
