Jamie update
As you may know by now, Wynnum’s bid to have Jamie Oliver open a Ministry of Food kitchen in Wynnum was not successful. The Ministry of Food Queensland finalist was Hervey Bay, who lost out to Geelong in the Australia-wide final competition. Still, Jamie Oliver has not ruled out expanding the number of Ministry of Food kitchens, so we may still see one yet!
Wynnum Chamber has put a proposition to the Ministry for Food to have Jamie’s Mobile Kitchen come to Wynnum in July for a 3 month spell. Fingers crossed …. again 🙂
