Refurbished Edith Street shops passed in at auction
Mendis Chambers on the north side of Edith Street (where the pharmacy used to be – now relocated to the other side of the road) was put up for auction on 1st April, but did not find a buyer (read our previous story here… Whats happening on the street).
Apparently negotiations are continuing with an interested party and sale price is expected to be around $1.35M for the two shops and apartment above.
