Wynnum Business gets fortnightly column in the Wynnum Herald

New business group Wynnum Business (which is the group behind this website) now has a regular column in the Wynnum Herald called ‘In Business’ to let people know what’s happening in and around Wynnum from a business perspective.

Wynnum Business welcomes a few new members

In the past few weeks Wynnum Business has welcomed a few new members – Clacher & Hook optometrists, the KebabZone and BABI, all based on Bay Terrace. In case you missed it, the Waterloo Bay Hotel joined recently as well. Pop in and say ‘hi’!

With four new apartment projects completing in Wynnum Central , and two in Bay Terrace and one in Clara Street set to start shortly, the Wynnum Central revitalisation continues to march forward.

Four new developers have purchased land in Bay Terrace, West Avenue and Bride Street, ensuring continued growth and activation.

Get Set For Work program

Wynnum Business member BABI has recently launched its Get Set For Work program to help get disengaged young people into the workforce. They’ve had some stunning successes, which you can read about here…
