Wynnum-based marketing agency (and WynnumCentral Member) My Marketing Person has announced a project to ‘take the marketing pulse of Australia’ as part of the launch of the new agency.
The company is asking Australian-based businesses to complete a 15 minute, 50 question questionnaire, including questions about what marketing they do, what has worked and not worked for them over the past twelve months, and how they are planning on marketing their businesses over the next twelve months.
My Marketing Person will then publish a summary report of the findings, which will be sent to all participating businesses. Businesses taking part will also go into a draw to win a marketing analysis report plus a $250 cash prize.*
Local Wynnum resident and agency founder David Bateson explained the idea,
“Marketing is such an important part of business, yet many business owners have little concrete information – apart from their own experiences – about what strategies are working and which ones are not working for business.
This report will at least give business owners a chance to see what other businesses are doing and what results they are getting, and make an informed choice about whether they should be adopting new marketing techniques.
As a generalist marketing agency we have no vested interest in any particular marketing technique or channel and we’re genuinely interested to see the results of the survey ourselves!”
