Christmas wouldn’t be Christmas without Bayside Carols

We’re just over two weeks away from the twelfth annual Bayside Carols. If you haven’t been before, or if you just need a quick reminder, here are the main points:
- Free
- All ages & family friendly
- Kids rides
- Market stalls
- Food Trucks
- Bring a chair and/or rug
- Pre carols show (featuring local performers) 2pm-6:30pm
- Carols concert 6:45pm-8:15pm
- Fireworks 8:15pm
Would you like to help?
The organisers, Queensland Services Heritage Band Association and Top Show Music are looking for volunteers on the day. If you’d like to help either email ba***********@**************om.au or call 0418 740919. Help is needed primarily during the morning and immediately after the event from 8:30pm.
Everything’s going hi-tech
This year there will be no printed carol books, instead the carol book is going completely online and links to it will be available on the day on social media. There will also be a livestream of the carols again accessible on social media…

The other change this year is that there will be a large LED screen onsite so you will be able to see the performers (almost) no matter where you are in the park.

Of course this could change in the interim, but at this point the forecast for the day is indicating a temperature range of 21C-30C and 0mm rainfall.
